Our very first freediving Carnival is happening in Redang Island, Malaysia. We welcome freedivers of all levels from Malaysia and beyond!

Whether you are an absolute beginner or freediving instructor looking to upgrade your skills, Carnival has it all.  We are thrilled to have Adam Stern, Paul Sack and other star instructors and athletes to spend the week sharing with you their best-in-class teaching experience and elite freediving knowledge.

Life Carnival is much more about freediving, it is about a way of Life.

Being happy and healthy in body and soul.

You will be surrounded by friendly people seeking to learn, share and improve themselves.

Not only will Carnival have freediving related topics such as deep equalization, training regimen, and monofinning; there will be wellness talks on nutrition, mental health and some fun topics such as mermaiding.

And of course, yoga sessions are a must throughout the entire event!

You do not need to be super fit to attend the Carnival. You are not expected to complete all the requirements during the entire event. It is more about the learning experience.

If you are thinking of taking a certification course during Carnival and have no prior certification, you can start your Wave 1 course.

If you’ve completed your Wave 1 course (or equivalent) you can start your Wave 2 course.

If you’ve completed your Wave 2 course (or equivalent) you can start your Wave 3 course.

If you are unable to finish the course requirements, you can always complete the remaining of it with any Molchanovs instructors after the event. The certification fees are included in the event fee.

We will also have pool access to complete and improve your skills and techniques.

Actual activities might change as we will adjust our program based on the wishes of our participants.

The activities are not mandatory, you can skip some and just go for the ones that interest you.
