LIFE FREEDIVING CARNIVAL

Our very first freediving Carnival is happening in Redang Island, Malaysia. We welcome freedivers of all levels from Malaysia and beyond!

Whether you are an absolute beginner or freediving instructor looking to upgrade your skills, Carnival has it all.  We are thrilled to have Adam Stern, Paul Sack and other star instructors and athletes to spend the week sharing with you their best-in-class teaching experience and elite freediving knowledge.

Life Carnival is much more about freediving, it is about a way of Life.

Being happy and healthy in body and soul.

You will be surrounded by friendly people seeking to learn, share and improve themselves.

Not only will Carnival have freediving related topics such as deep equalization, training regimen, and monofinning; there will be wellness talks on nutrition, mental health and some fun topics such as mermaiding.

And of course, yoga sessions are a must throughout the entire event!
