What is Freediving?
Take the first step to the world of freediving and immerse yourself in a new world. Try Freediving provides program to begin your Journey in breath-hold diving. We will start with breathing techniques and then move to the pool. After this program, you may continue our Freediving Courses to get your freediving certification.
Pre-requisite: None
Duration: 2 hours
Location: Life Freediving Malaysia, The Campus, Ampang
Price: RM150 (Mask, Snorkel & Fins are provided)
Certification: None (We can issue a SSI Try Freediving recognition card upon request.)

迈出自由潜水世界的第一步，让自己沉浸在一个新世界中。自由潜水体验提供您的屏气潜水之旅的计划。我们将从呼吸技巧开始，然后前往游泳池。完成此计划后，您可以继续我们的自由潜水课程以获得自由潜水认证。

Base Training
Want to improve your freediving techniques?
Base Training offers structured freediving training programs that help you progress as a freediver. Designed for all certified freedivers from beginners who just finished their first course to competitive freedivers with experience under their weight belts. Base Training also helps you to improve your breath-hold training and your freediving technique. if you wish to gain your certification, you may get SSI Training Techniques specialty certification.
Pre-requisite: Freediver Certification & above
Duration: 1.5 hours / session
Location: Life Freediving Malaysia, The Campus, Ampang
Price: RM88 / session or RM770 for 10 sessions
Open Water Training
Wish to go deeper?
Life Freediving Malaysia offers Open Water Training either at LAKE or on ISLAND. if you have no time to travel out from the city for few days but you wish to improve your equalisation technique, you can have Open Water Training in the lake. We offer coaching session in the lake too.
Pre-requisite: Freediver Certification & above
Duration: 1.5 hours / session
Location: Saujana Putra Lake, Selangor
Price: RM170 / session
